Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid period. If OptOut.bot isn't for you, email billing@optout.bot within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.

After the first period, monthly plans are non-refundable for the current month but you will not be charged again. Annual plans cancelled mid-term may receive a pro-rated refund for unused full months at our discretion.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–10 business days.
