By using OptOut.bot you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

OptOut.bot identifies data brokers likely to hold your personal information and helps you request its removal. We act as your agent in drafting and, on paid plans, submitting these requests. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice.

No guarantee of removal

Data brokers control their own systems. While the law obligates many of them to delete your data on request, we cannot guarantee any specific broker will comply or how quickly. We commit to filing correctly and following up diligently.

Acceptable use

You may only submit removal requests for your own data or data you are legally authorised to manage (e.g. a family plan). Submitting requests for others without authorisation is prohibited.

Payment

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (global) on the cycle you select. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes; GST invoices are issued for Indian customers.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
